Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty item, we will exchange or refund this for you. You must notify us within 7 days that your order is received.
Please note; MY lashes are delicately handmade with care, so each pair may slightly differ; but not significantly. Please note this is impossible to control.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (This is dependant on your method of payment as well as bank issuer)
Late or missing items refund policy (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
We would then advise to please contact your bank as there can be some processing time before a refund displays.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Upon receipt of your order, please check the goods are in perfect condition and notify us straight away if there is a problem.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and can be tracked.
If returning from OUTSIDE the EU please DO NOT USE COURIER SERVICES as there will be excessive clearance fees, we will either refuse delivery or charge the fees back to you. You must ensure the value on the parcel is listed as “ZERO” and you CLEARLY write "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs form and the parcel itself as we will not accept parcels that incur duty charges.
MY by Mahina Makeup will not be responsible for the returns postage fees unless an item is the wrong item or faulty.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
